ARROW DOOR CLOSERS - TRIED AND TESTED TO THE LIMIT
The Arrow Architectural series of door closers have been included in Fire Tests in accordance with B S EN 1634 part 1, BS 476 Part 22 (1987) and independently assessed for 2 Hour cover by International Fire Consultants Limited Ltd (Assessment No. 93086). In a recent Fire Test incorporating Steel doors the Arrow 300 Series door closers have satisfied the integrity criteria of BS 476: Part 22: 1987, Clause 8, for a full test duration of 5 hours. The most advanced quality control systems are employed at Arrow to ensure that our series of door closers are designed and type tested for compliance with BS EN 1154/BS EN 1155, International and European quality standards and are manufactured within the parameters of our EN ISO 9001 2000 quailty assurance certification, Certificate No.93/1789. This standard requires a system of regular auditing and documentary evidence plus third party surveillance by a national accredited organisation to ensure that standards are being maintained through all stages of manufacture and despatch.
A Ten year guarentee on 3/4/5 Series of door closers. 600EM series 2 years and the AX range carries a 2 year guarentee ensures a free replacement ex-works of any series of door Closers proved defective by reason of faults in either manufacture or materials. This guarantee is subject to the appropriate model and size of Door Closer being used, fitted and adjusted in accordance with its recommendations on use.
